Synopsis
At Lake is a dance film inspired by Maya Deren's iconic 1944 film At Land, interpreted through the surreal lens of our time. Shot in Eastern Quebec, nature is at the center of the story with themes of separation, renewal, duplicity and connection. A surreal meditation on the relationships between movement, landscape and chance.
