You must read and accept these terms of use before using the Regards Hybrides Collection (hereinafter, “Regards Hybrides Collection”) operated by Mandoline Hybride (hereinafter, “Mandoline Hybride”).

By subscribing to the Regards Hybrides Collection, you agree to comply with this subscription policy and all laws applicable to such use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”). You acknowledge and accept that the Terms of Use may be amended over time under the provisions set out below, and you are invited to review them regularly.
Mandoline Hybride reserves the right to amend each of the Terms of Use clauses, including the subscription price. Such an amendment will take effect automatically subject to 30 days prior notice to Regards Hybrides Collection subscribers containing (1) the amended clause, (2) the previous version of this clause, and (3) the effective date of the amendment.
If the amendment results in an increase in the subscriber’s obligation or a reduction in the obligations of Regards Hybrides, you may refuse this amendment by cancelling your subscription.
The minimum age required to subscribe to the Regards Hybrides Collection is 16. Please note that concerning specific works, viewer discretion is advised (some works contain partial nudity, while others deal with difficult themes such as grief, death, anxiety, loneliness or illness, etc.)
The subscription period is one (1) year starting on the date of payment (the “Initial Period”).
Your subscription to the Regards Hybrides Collection will be automatically renewed at the end of the Initial Period and then annually subsequently unless you decide to terminate it beforehand. To manage your subscription and update your billing data, visit your account page.
You may cancel your subscription to the Regards Hybrides Collection at any time. You will continue to have access to the content available via the subscription until the end of the paid billing period. Your subscription can be managed via your account parameters. To cancel your subscription, go to your account page and click “Cancel my subscription.”
Mandoline Hybride reserves the right to refuse access to the Regards Hybrides Collection to anyone who misuses the service.
In particular, but without limitation, you may not do any of the following:
a) Use reverse engineering or disassemble any code or software on or of the Regards Hybrides Collection;
b) Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Regards Hybrides Collection by any unauthorized access, circumventing the encryption or any other security tool, exploitation of the data or interference with any host, user or network;
c) Download, archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, post, publish, concede, create derivative works, sell or use the content of the Regards Hybrides Collection.
You will be billed the costs of subscribing to the Regards Hybrides Collection unless you cancel your subscription at the end of the Initial Period and any renewal of your subscription. Your subscription date appears on your account page.
Your payments can be made by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through the platform used by Mandoline Hybride. You can modify, at any time, your payment information from your account page.
You assume responsibility for the confidentiality of your access (email address and password), and this access must be for your personal use only.
You are responsible for updating the information in your account, including your email address, to enable Mandoline Hybride to send you any notice or other message.
If you have lost your password, use the reinitializing option on the Connection page and ensure you have access to the email address you use to connect to the Regards Hybrides Collection. As applicable, you will receive an email detailing the steps to follow.
Content viewed via your subscription is for your exclusive personal and private use. Mandoline Hybride hereby grants you a non-exclusive, unassignable, revocable and limited duration licence authorizing you for personal viewing and, in no case for public projections, using digital media and on compatible devices, the content for personal use only.
Regards Hybrides Collection content may vary depending on, among other things, the availability of rights concerning some of this content. Mandoline Hybride may, at its sole discretion, add or remove content.
Content viewing requires an Internet connection and uses bandwidth that are at your sole expense.
Accessing the Regards Hybrides Collection or downloading the distributed works is impossible without an Internet connection.
Viewing quality may vary from one device to another and is based on different factors, including your location, your available bandwidth and the speed of your Internet connection. Therefore, Mandoline Hybride offers no guarantee regarding the quality of content viewing using your device.
The characteristics and features offered via the subscription to the Regards Hybrides Collection may be upgraded continually to improve the service provided to subscribers.
The subscription to the Regards Hybrides Collection is limited to one (1) device per viewing.
In the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Use, Mandoline Hybride reserves the right to suspend your access or terminate your subscription immediately without any other notice or wait period.
The trademarks and logos used or displayed on the Regards Hybrides Collection are trademarks used or registered by Mandoline Hybride or third parties. You may not use the trademarks appearing in the Regards Hybrides Collection without the written permission of Mandoline Hybride.
The Regards Hybrides Collection and any material posted, transmitted or distributed via the Regards Hybrides Collection are subject to intellectual property rights held by Mandoline Hybride, its partners, contributors and other holders of the rights to said materials or are used based on authorizations or licences limiting and protecting their distribution.
You hereby agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise impact any security-related mechanism and feature of the Regards Hybrides Collection, as well as any mechanism and any feature designed to impede or prevent the use or copying of the Regards Hybrides Collection and any material posted, transmitted or distributed via the Regards Hybrides Collection or serving to apply usage limitations to the Regards Hybrides Collection or any material posted, transmitted or distributed via the Collection.
Mandoline Hybride and its partners, their officers, directors, employees, suppliers, contributors or representatives offer no guarantee and are in no way responsible for the content of external websites to which the Regards Hybrides Collection creates hyperlinks. You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Use governing these external sites, including those explicitly stated on them. By using the Regards Hybrides Collection, you expressly and irrevocably release Mandoline Hybride, its partners and their officers, directors, employees, contributors or representatives from any liability resulting from your use of any hyperlink and any third-party website.
You navigate and use the Regards Hybrides Collection and its features at your own risk. Mandoline Hybrides offers no guarantee and makes no representations to the user or anyone regarding the products and services acquired through the Regards Hybrides Collection or its features, content, operation or performance.
Mandoline Hybride makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Regards Hybrides Collection is free of errors. However, it declines any liability for errors in the Regards Hybrides Collection. Mandoline Hybride’s affiliated companies, officers, employees and representatives cannot be held liable for any damage related directly or indirectly to the use of the Regards Hybrides Collection. The Regards Hybrides Collection and the information it contains are not subject to any implicit or explicit guarantee.
If Mandoline Hybride is found liable to a user of the Regards Hybrides Collection, this liability shall be limited to the value of the current annual subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandoline Hybride, its affiliated companies and their respective directors, employees, representatives, licensors or their respective successors and assigns decline any liability for the acts, omissions or conduct of any third party users of the Regards Hybrides Collection and the features and of any advertiser or sponsor of the Regards Hybrides Collection (hereinafter, “third-party users”) and shall not be liable for any harm, loss, damage (including special, indirect or consequential damage) or expenses arising in any way from 1) the acts, omissions or conduct of a third-party user, and 2) the use of or inability to use any software, content, goods or services on a website or offered through any site linked to the Regards Hybrides Collection.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandoline Hybride, its representatives, affiliated companies and their respective directors, employees, representatives, licensors or their respective successors and assigns in any dispute or claim involving them and arising from your use of the Regards Hybrides Collection or any material posted, transmitted or distributed through it or from a breach of any of these Terms of Use.
You solemnly affirm that you are fully able and competent to accept the clauses, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set out in these Terms of Use and to enforce and comply with the Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the province of Québec and federal laws applicable in this province governing their interpretation, enforcement and application regardless of any provision concerning conflict of laws. The parties agree to recognize the sole jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Each of the clauses of these Terms of Use are severable from the others. Any decision of a competent court or other judicial body declaring one of the clauses or part thereof invalid, unlawful, null and void or non-enforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in force unless this decision serves to render meaningless the Terms of Use.
