Some Kind of Game

Some Kind of Game is a live performance created from the artist’s home studio, on March 25th, during the first lockdown of 2020. Framed tightly and frontally, Nadège Grebmeier Forget immerses herself in a gestural vortex where repetition, excess, and sensory overload drive an improvised bodily ritual. Set to the track Some Kind of Game (Against All Logic), manually restarted throughout, the performance unfolds through frantic movement, breath, clicks, keyboard taps, and amplified digital noise, heightening the tension between physical presence and technological mediation.
