Biography
Malcom Odd is an Afrodescendant transdisciplinary artist born in Sherbrooke whose practice weaves together cinema, painting, experimental dance, and cultural curatorship. His work interrogates postcolonial fractures, the traces left by genocides, and the resilience of diasporas, while opening spaces of dialogue between collective memory and intimate experience. Inspired by a reflexive and mesological approach, he mobilizes colors, gestures, and lights as raw materials to mend new aesthetic grammars—unruly and decolonial.
